My style is different from the mainstream. I'm a qualified Medical doctor and trained Naturopathic physician. But I'm also a metaphysician, vegan, poet, herbalist, and eclectic spiritual practitioner. I believe sounds, space, slowness, breath, movement, clarity, balance, peace, high vibration, love, magic, and intention are just as powerful (if not more so) as supplements, detoxes, diet e.t.c .
