Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) originated in ancient China and has evolved over thousands of years. TCM practitioners use herbal medicines and various mind and body practices, such as acupuncture and tai chi, to treat or prevent health problems.

In the United States, people use TCM primarily as a complementary health approach.

In ancient Chinese medicine is believed how energy or chi goes around the body in paths called meridians. Acupuncturists say that disease is when a path for the chi is blocked and not balanced. If you increase this energy, you will be healthy.

Every meridian has a link to some organ. Each path has a pressure spot and pressing these spots can improve the health. To push these spots means drawing more chi to that path.

You will improve health by far with this method; use an ice cube and locate it on the neck. With acupuncture and massages do it more easily.

The neck point is between the back of neck and its tendons, right at the skull base and is called Feng Fu – Wind Mansion. Experts say this spot is responsible for the whole health. Take some ice.

Sit or rest on the belly and put this cube on the neck. Hold it about 20 min or tie a scarf around it. At first is unpleasant, but with time you can feel good heat.

Do this daily before sleeping to release more endorphins. As to Chinese medicine, this balances psyche, immunity and overall health.
