We all have different thoughts in our head and we experience various feelings from time to time. When we do it consciously while being guided by our own higher self, things happen flawlessly and the results bring a lot of joy. One of the major signs that the voice in your head is coming from your higher self is that it is never demanding or loud. Your spirit is a big fan of freewill and since it exists on the causal or karmic level of higher consciousness it has no perception of time. It knows that it will eventually fulfill its mission on the planet Earth.

The only difference is how many lives it will take and how worn out a physical body will get when it begins to follow its own ego.
