Many problems of our present life have their roots from our childhood. Anytime we have a strong emotional reaction to something or somebody, that means that there are old unresolved issues at play.It is also the Inner Child who feels anger, fear, and hopelessness in different situations in life. If there has been damage in childhood (trauma, shame, negative conditioning like regularly calling diminishing names etc.) the Inner Child is damaged and therefore, struggles to deal with life as Adult.During the session traumatic feelings can be accessed and resolved forever.
EFT combines the elements of Western talking therapy and eastern energy medicine. During the session we tap gently on acupressure points on the face and the body while talking about the aspects of the problem. It provides relief from chronic pain and is very effective in releasing stress and anxiety, overcoming phobias and fears, exam nerves, addictions and many other issues.
Most of the habits, feelings and emotions we want to change reside in our subconscious mind. Hypnosis is a very effective method to rewire ourselves subconsciously. In the state of hypnosis, you become highly responsive to positive suggestions made by a hypnotherapist, however, remain entirely in control. When you are in a relaxed state the door to positive and helpful suggestions is open. This method is very effective dealing with weight loss and different negative habits.
In this therapeutic approach we consider the individual as part of a Greater Whole – a Family System.Sometimes present-day problems and difficulties may be influenced by traumas suffered in previous generations of the family in the past. Bert Hellinger, the founder of this therapy, referred to this relation between present and past problems in the Family System as Systemic entanglements. The solution to life in family occurs when each of its members takes his appropriate and actual place. In 1-1 session we are able to look at the hidden dynamics in the family and find the resolution.

I will ask for a photo of yourself to help me to better connect with you during the healing.
