This is intended as an initial session for pets and pet parents that are unfamiliar with reiki or want to try it out.
Our pets are important and loved members of our family. We want to provide them with the best care we can. Animals are extremely sensitive and in tuned with the energy they are surrounded by. Reiki helps animals reconnect with the safe and loving energy of the universe. Reiki is perfect for animals who love to relax, who have experienced harships in the past, or as a restorative treat.
Animal Reiki can address any problems an animal may by facing including: physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual. It is a stress reduction technique that assists with healing. It is non evasive and can never cause harm. It is gentle, yet powerful and works well with other forms of healing, both traditional veterinary medicine and holistic. Reiki can be effectively given at a distance so can given virtually and can be used with feral, aggressive, and wild animals. Reiki goes to the root of the problem even if it is not known or results from something in the animal's past. Reiki stimulates the body's natural ability to heal.
Creating a calm energy around animals through the use of reiki is beneficial for all animals types.
This is meant as a informational and preliminary session for individuals who are interested in personal development coaching. In this session with will discuss goals and plans for success in achieving goals you may have for yourself. We will talk about any blocks that may be holding you back from reaching your goals.

In our session we will identify boundaries that will help you find and nurture relationships that are right for you. We will work on building clear and effective communication tools that work for your unique relationships. We will build a positive relationship with yourself since this is neccessary for relationships with others to flourish.
In our sessions we will set up systems to get you from where you are to where you want to be. We’ll focus on achieving goals that are aligned with your values while prioritizing overall health, happiness, and well-being. We'll work on mindset shifts, identifying limiting beliefs, and implementing healthy coping mechanisms. In our sessions we will foster and nurture the relationship you have with yourself. I will help you confidently improve your relationships with significant others, friends, peers, coworkers, and family members. Together, we’ll create a life that feels great to you.
Whatever you are personally experiencing due to the pandemic – or any personal challenge – whether you are anxious, have racing thoughts, are constantly irritable, have struggle sleeping or are extremely tired – these are normal bodily and mental reactions to a threat with an (invisible) enemy that is perceived as overwhelming.Our autonomic nervous system shifts into survival mode and goes into fight, flight and freeze mode.What happens in our body and brain under stress, how can we exit the stress cycle and get rid of inadequate and outdated coping mechanisms? How do we grow with new challenges instead of breaking?In the closed group, you will learn in 8 session the neurophysiological basics of stress and nervous system regulation. Self-regulation is the ability to manage internal states of arousal creating balance in the system, and helping create a sense of safety in the body.Various exercises and interventions support our nervous systems in a playful way to come back into a regulated and calmer state and become more resilient on the long run.
Content:- Neurophysiological foundations of resilience-Interventions for self-regulation for daily use-Topics: Core SE principals such as orientation, pendulation, titration; safety and working with boundaries; the vagus nerve, sound and movement exercises etc.- You will learn and practice about 10 interventions for self-regulation.

Every meeting will be a mixture of group and individual interventions and sharing.The training is based on the key findings of Somatic Experiencing (SE)® by Dr. Peter Levine, the Polyvagal-Theory by Dr. Stephen Porges, attachment theory and the resilience circle training ® by Gabriele Ella Amann.
