This is an introductory session for individuals who are interested in coaching and are feeling stuck. In our session we'll examine why you are feeling stuck and make a plan for becoming "unstuck." We will create system for achieving your goals in a way that works for you.

Join me for a full hour deep dive into shadow work for your soul. We will work together to explore the shadow issues that need to be healed using magick, ritual, art, and shamanic healing techniques, all tailored to your specific experience.

45 minute individual class to connect with your body and your breath and find out what you need at this moment. I prepare the practices according to the needs you have and your objectives. The practice will also be adapted to your body (for example, if you have pain in one shoulder, we will avoid postures that imply putting weight on it, or we will adapt the postures to allow us to work it from the care, not on demand).
If you want, you can start and finish with breathing exercises and meditation.
