I'm here to help you cultivate a yoga practice that works for YOU and your life. A regular yoga practice offers so many incredible benefits from increased energy, less bodily pain, lower stress, and better sleep. It's my aim to help you develop a simple and clear routine of yogic practices that fit into your schedule. We'll work with postures, meditation and breathwork. No prior experience is needed, and you don't need to be flexible to enjoy the fruits of yoga!

At first, meditation can feel intimidating to approach. I'm here to make it simple by giving you a clear path to incorporating meditation into your daily life, and experiencing the numerous benefits.

My specific approach is grounded in CBT and NLP, by using tools and techniques that are easy, relatable and real-life applicable. Also, I will hold you accountable for completing the commonly agreed tasks, all meant to get you closer to your goal.
We are going to discover together which tools are suitable for you, and we are going to use techiques such as: Cognitive restructuring, Guided Discovery, Journaling, Role Playing, Relaxation, Future Time Pacing, Activity Scheduling, and many more, following what works best for you and focussing on getting measurable and sustainable positive results.

Sometimes it’s easier to deal with things subconsciously. When you learn to lucid dream you can work on parts of yourself you have a harder time seeing in waking life.
