Psychotherapy Session
We’ll talk about what you need, what services I offer, and decide together how to help reach your goals, whether it’s forgiveness, relationship coaching (whether you’re single or in a relationship), or spirituality.
(It’s marked “personal,” but I can also consult with couples.)
Our courses are available both inhouse and online at the same time (Maz 4 inhouse and 4 online)
Each Autumn/early Winter we offer our Level 1/1st Degree Shoden Courses. Due to the diary being planned well ahead with regular support groups and 2nd and 3rd degree courses, we find this time of year works best for our Level 1 Courses.
All our courses may be taken either inhouse or online (Zoom) depending on current government restrictions, and this is because Reiki energy see's no bounds, in-fact, it is often said, that if anything, Reiki is stronger distantly, 'remotely', as it bypasses the teacher! We know that we can distance heal, something that may sound incredible to those not practiced in Reiki, but believe me distance healing certainly works, and is a very powerful healing tool! So, if we can distance heal, then why would we not be able to do distance, 'remote', empowerments? Well we can! Ask any students training alongside me for further confirmation of this.
This course is ideal for those who wish to begin their self-healing and spiritual development journey with Reiki. At 1st degree you start to build a spiritual practice into your life, with daily energy meditations and self-healing. The practice supports good health and happiness and can be taken as a beginner course, for those new to Reiki or seen as an advanced course for those that have previously taken a Western Reiki Level 1, 2 or 3 course, and feel they are now ready to develop themselves more spiritually and heal themselves on a deeper level.

Navigating grief is hard, even without a global pandemic, and it’s certainly that much harder with it. Grief is a normal response to loss during or after a disaster or other traumatic event. It can happen in response to loss of life, as well as to drastic changes to daily routines and ways of life that usually bring us comfort and a feeling of stability.
Grieving the loss of a loved one while coping with the fear and anxiety related to the COVID-19 pandemic can be especially overwhelming. The pandemic is forcing many of us to change the way we go about our daily lives. With those changes, some of us are experiencing a wave of losses: economic, social, physical and emotional. For some, these losses may build up and lead to feelings of grief.
During the pandemic, the family and close friends of a person who died of COVID-19 may experience stigma, such as social avoidance or rejection. Stigma hurts everyone by creating fear or anger towards other people. Some people may avoid contacting you, your family members, and friends when they would normally reach out to you.
Dina will explain the stages of grief and share a nourishing meditation practice to tap into your healing wisdom, find courage in the face of suffering, and uncover inner resources to deal with grief.
