Do you use specific techniques for LOA? Like, journaling or meditation. I’m asking because I’ve tried journaling before, but it just wasn’t my thing.

I use powerful 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to support your sense and expand your feminine fuel and depth in order for you to actualize and sustain your desires. ⠀⠀An Embodiment session is a type of 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 combining talk therapy and body work. ⠀⠀In a session we move past mental identification and into feeling and experiencing the full spectrum of data stored as sensation in the body, which is connected to a certain belief/emotion/thought in order to liberate it from its root.⠀⠀𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 of this type of coaching may include greater confidence, clarity, motivation, more energetic, reconnection to self and others, deeper pleasure, a better relationship with food and body image, more self-love, and being more magnetic.
A safe space for women to come together and talk about their experience of being a woman. Here you are allowed to unapologetically be yourself, share your deepest fears and truest desires, without the fear of being judged.

Angel Therapy is a form of psychological counselling that integrates traditional counselling techniques with a belief in the reality of angels and the ability of patients to become aware of them. Angel Therapy is a non-denominational spiritual healing method that involves working with your guardian angels and archangels (kind of like the managers of the angel world). Everyone has guardian angels and connecting with them helps create more peace in your life. Believers, well, believe that angels can give clear guidance in many areas—finances, relationships, health, and tapping into your life’s purpose. They’re practical helpers who intervene in our everyday lives.
Hypnosis is a form of complementary therapy that produces a hypnotic state that allows a person -that can be best described as: ‘being open to suggestion’. Hypnotherapy can bring about the desired changes to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Throughout our waking day we are either open to or rejecting suggestions, so for example when visiting the supermarket there might be an item that stands out because it is on offer. However, this item was not on your list but because the item was at a reduced rate you add it to your supermarket trolley. Therefore, it is thought that we are all in a light state of hypnosis.
But it requires a trained hypnotherapist that can skillfully use positive suggestions to improve and provide change within our lives. Long gone are the days when the hypnotherapist is seen waving a pendulum and controlling people’s minds. The aim of hypnosis therefore, is to relax the clients conscious mind enough to alter the state of consciousness whilst simultaneously stimulating and focusing the subconscious part. When the client is in a heightened state of awareness, the therapist uses skilled relaxation techniques to then implant the relevant suggestions required to make such change. The general consensus is that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, but it is the hypnotherapist that helps the client to facilitate your experience.
