What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that involves a Reiki master using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through the body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki is a form of complementary medicine; there’s evidence it can reduce daily stress and help with management of some chronic diseases
What are the benefits of Reiki?
Reiki is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, and pain relief. Research suggests Reiki helps your body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. There’s evidence that Reiki, used as a complementary therapy with other standard medical techniques, can help people recover after surgery and manage symptoms of cancer and AIDS.
What happens during a Reki session
During a session, a Reiki practitioner will gently move their hands above or close to the body in a series of positions. Each hand position focuses on a different part of the body — including the head, shoulders, stomach, and feet — and is held for roughly 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the person’s needs. There is very little to no talking during sessions, which typically last between 60 and 90 minutes.

This is my idea of a “cherry on top” of a regular session!✹✹✹✹✹This is a 15-20 minute technique that I usually do at the end of a full Reiki session but can do as a quick “alignment”. This would be a good treatment twice a month to see how things are flowing.✹✹✹✹✹I use a pendulum to check the direction of how each chakra is spinning, then open, balance, and close each one, going through checking multiple rounds until they are all balanced.✹✹✹✹✹The direction of the swing of the pendulum can signify a block that is on the Earth plane or Spiritual plane, and can even tell if that chakra is energized in a more “passive” or “aggressive” way.✹✹✹✹✹It is optional if you want to know which blocks you have so you can reflect and connect the dots in your life. Sometimes I receive a “message” for you, coming in forms of visions, (clairvoyance) knowing (claircognizance), and/or feeling (clairsentience). It is my pleasure to share what I receive from Spirit so that you can be guided to your highest healing with the utmost Love.⚕
Chakra and Aura Repair - Creating Balance in Our Energy System
If you are feeling imbalanced, dissatisfied, unable to express yourself, ungrounded or simply not flowing with life, then it may be that one or more of your chakras is out of balance or closed.
Chakra balancing is about creating harmony between will and divine purpose, and our emotional state. When we are in harmony then it is possible for our life purpose to arise, as we become able to place our focus on our heart and the communication with our divine self.
Chakra balancing not only repairs individual chakras but also helps to reconnect all your chakras so that your energy flows evenly through you again, restoring a wonderful sense of balance and bringing your life back into alignment.
During this healing session we will clear and repair your chakras and bring them back into alignment with your aura. You will also be given a mix of flower remedies to take for the following week in order to continue the chakra clearing journey. Once your chakras are aligned and flowing again you will feel clearer and lighter.
A Chakra is an area on the body of intense and focused energy.
As a chakra spins it acts as an opening, through which life energy flows. “Chakra” is the Sanskrit for wheel and indeed these spinning vortices of energy resemble wheels.
There are seven major chakras located from the crown of the head, along the spine, to the base of the spine. As energy is taken in through a chakra it is then distributed around the body. When a chakra is open and balanced it can feed the area of the body, to which it relates, keeping the body in health. Open chakras give us a sense of balance and an openess towards life.
