As a trained and certified coach, I need to clock 100 hours of coaching practice to meet the requirement for accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. My coaching experience include working with early career graduates in accelerating their professional development and helping working mothers juggle the responsibilities of work and family.
In my day job, I help HR professionals with their talent-related challenges to prepare their workforce for the future of work. My passion in helping people to maximize their potential and reach greater heights led me to coaching as the logical next step. I strongly believe in this quote: "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."

Private yoga lessons are the best way to address goals and work on areas of individual interest. These sessions give you the opportunity to work in a one-on-one setting and focus on your own needs.

Private sessions can include:
-An introduction to yoga.-Modifications to practice yoga in a class setting.-Work with a specific condition or injury (anxiety, chronic pain, sleeplessness, lower back challenges, etc.)-Design home practice sequences.-Deepen your understanding of particular aspects of yoga (inversions, balances, alignment, breathing, meditation and relaxation).
