Preparation

Bring some music that you find relaxing to you.
Go to the bathroom before the session so that you can lie down
comfortably without the distraction of feeling the need to go to the toilet.
You can place gemstones and crystals on your body or around you. Trust that you will receive exactly what you need at that moment.
Use your favorite essential oil. Essential oils can raise our vibration and open the chakras for further healing.
You can clear your space with sage.

Sekhem (or Sekhmet) is an ancient Egyptian word that means “Universal Energy or Power”, roughly translated as “Power of Powers”. Sekhem in Egyptian hieroglyphs is symbolized by the scepter, and it represents the connection between Heaven and Earth.

For the Egyptians, magic was a normal part of everyday life. It was used in very formal religious rituals and was considered an integral part of medicine at all levels.

WHAT IS THE OPTIMUM NUMBER OF SESSIONS?
The traditional number of sessions is four. This tends to give you enough time to evaluate the benefits, if any, you are receiving.
When you are facing a serious illness, most people would suggest a series of four sessions completed in less than one week.

How to Start with Raw Food Diet?

It’s important to understand that while it is possible to live fully raw, this is not entirely necessary. The good news is that you don’t have to be a 100% raw vegan 100% of the time. You can enjoy its benefits even if it’s just for one day!

There are many reasons why you should include a few raw vegan days into your schedule.
The choice is yours you can eat 80% raw and 20% cooked, or, you can merely spend a few days cleansing. After all, every little bite makes a difference in your body!

**Forgive Beginner’s Mistakes! **
If your body is used to digesting heavy meals with poor nutrition and has been doing so for years, you may notice a sense of “lacking” upon suddenly replacing your trademark foods with superfoods rich in enzymes and fibers. It’s important to understand that your body won’t react positively at first. It takes some time to adjust when sailing to the unknown.

7 Effective Way To Go Vegan
This may come as a surprise, but a dramatic lifestyle and diet change doesn’t start with the food on your plate. My own experience has shown me that as your diet changes, the people around you may change too. Your career and place of residence may also change. It’s very important to make proper physical, emotional, and spiritual preparations before embarking on your journey. This way, you will quickly start to enjoy the benefits of a raw vegan diet, without making sudden and drastic changes.

  1. Educate yourself**
    Whether you love animals or just want to be an advocate for a healthy planet, there are countless documentaries you can start watching immediately. You’ll learn more about factory farming, junk food ingredients, and the world’s leading diseases - and how all of the above are connected. If you Google it, you will find great vegan documentaries to inspire you.

  2. Spiritual Preparation
    Take a deep breath and focus on what you want to achieve through your new lifestyle. It’s important that we cleanse not only our bodies, but our chakras, soul, and aura too. Thankfully, there are many options available to you. Chanting mantras and listening to healing sounds can help you to meditate and focus on your purpose. The ‘Color Breathing Technique’ also presents a profound effect on chakra energization.

  3. Fool Your Taste Buds
    Begin by consuming foods that mimic the textures and tastes of meat. Don’t forget that it’s OK to make mistakes. The first step towards learning is failing!

  4. Replacing Your Old Breakfast
    The next step is to replace your carbo-rich breakfast with a juice or smoothie. Beginners should start juicing instead of consuming smoothies, as the latter is rich in fiber and could shock your digestive tract. Check out my ‘Simple Juice Recipes’ for more!

  5. Blend Your Lunch and Dinner!
    Did you know that raw soups can be prepared in your blender? Use your creativity to blend different vegetables, and add your favorite herbs, essential oils, and a dash of Himalayan salt. Instead of digging into your usual snacks, try to nibble on vegetable sticks with a delicious homemade vegan dip. Simply start with what you feel like!

  6. Inspire Yourself!
    Search for veggie restaurants and cookbooks, and try to learn easy new recipes. You can find them on the internet, on vegan blogs, or through my courses.
    Why not also surprise your non-vegan friends by preparing food for them? The process is a lot of fun. You’ll discover tantalizing new flavors and restaurants - seeing as a vegan diet offers a plethora of special taste sensations and new discoveries.

  7. Listen To Your Body
    It will take a while to figure out what foods work best for you. Maybe you have already heard about the “Food and Mood Connection.” (What is the reason for the big letters? ) You may also know that the human body gives many signals in many different situations. It takes time to learn to listen to these. The most important thing is to maintain your flow state, and always trust your intuition to guide you.
