Hello, thank you for visiting my page! I am a supportive and collaborative helper for those seeking assistance or solutions to life challenges. In partnering with me, I aim to facilitate a safe environment for you to explore values, identities and experiences and how that may contribute to new discoveries and growth.
Offering tarot/oracle card readings to assist with guidance and clarity in life. This will be done via a 7-card spread.
Please note that this can be done over email or video.

My goal is to help clients to develop greater understanding of themselves as well provide them with the practical tools and resources to navigate life’s changes and challenges. I believe that seeking help or counselling is a sign of great strength and commitment.
Through a session, we would engage in talk therapy, using techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused brief therapy, and dance/movement therapy.
Please note, I will only be offering sessions via video or phone at this time.
Reiki healing sessions are unique and equally beneficial in creating wholeness and balance of the mind, body and spirit. The number and frequencies of treatments vary on the individuals healing needs of a specific health condition or regular health maintenance program for adults, children, animals or situations. Reiki gives the body the energy it needs to reawaken the senses and heal itself.
Please note, I will be only offering reiki sessions by video or by distance at this time.

Shamanic Healing is done distantly or face to face.
In a shamanic i do a list of healings in one session. For me it is like looking at each piece of the puzzle to make sure all the piece are in line and ready to go back into place to make the person whole again. i do a video chat with the person and i get them to tell me what is happening and why they feel they need healing.then i get them to send me a pictue and i work on them for about a week
