This is meant as a informational and preliminary session for individuals who are interested in personal development coaching. In this session with will discuss goals and plans for success in achieving goals you may have for yourself. We will talk about any blocks that may be holding you back from reaching your goals.

Alyssa Kelliher is an Attorney and a Life Coach. In our sessions we will focus on implementing healthy coping strategies and systems to destress your life. Some stressors are unavoidable. The goal is not to never encounter stressful situations. The goal is to be able to encounter stressful events and not let them take control of our lives. In our sessions you will learn to navigate these stressors in a healthy way. We will work together to create a life that feels great to you.

This consultation is an opportunity for you to take a step back from your day to day work to define the seeds that you need to plant in order to feel happier in your career.
I offer a non-judgemental and collaborative approach to therapy. In the sessions we work with integrative psychotherapy, which is a short term therapy that takes about 5-15 sessions. It is an integrated approach that combines a number of therapy styles and techniques that allow flexibility and assures you with long term results. In the sessions we focus on your existing inner potentials so that you can find your solutions in yourself.
This 30-minute follow up consultation is ideal for:
- ongoing health check-ins with Rachel (e.g. from your third consultation onwards);
- monitoring your symptoms;
- reviewing your prescriptions; anddiscussing general health tests (e.g. iron, vitamin D, cholesterol, etc.).
