Your coaching session will start with a short guided meditation, which will help you to relax deeper and let go of any mind chatter. Jana’s approach is grounded in the law of attraction, which means like attracts like or in other words your thoughts and feelings attract a matching outer life experience. Each session is guided by your intentions and what is important to you, both your short term and long term goals. You’ll learn to be more conscious of your inner states and what they attract to your life. Your conscious inner work will involve letting go of old and outdated beliefs and gradually embracing more life affirming ones. In doing so you’ll experience a natural inner process of reconnecting to your innate power and realising that life is not happening to you but from you. You’ll notice that this is not just a philosophy but a very practical approach to life, as your growing inner positivity will attract a matching positive outer experience. Jana will close your session with channelled messages, positive affirmation tailored specifically for you and your personal intentions. These will be recorded, so you can listen to them later, and this will give you support even after your coaching session has finished. session. Loving Life Meditation is an uplifting heart centred experience. We start with focus on the breath, relaxing each part of the body until a state of a deep relaxation is reached. When centred and grounded we embark on an inner journey – a guided visualisation. There are weekly life-affirming themes such as self-love, owning your power, celebration of your uniqueness, power of appreciation, trust, joy, freedom, creativity and abundance. An innate part of this journey is connecting to Source and Angels, opening to their messages and healing. For many, this is a profound experience. How many times have we felt that so many things make sense and yes, we want to change a few habits..be a better person, reduce our anger, not repeat the same reactions, not fall into the same pattern…but we inevitably do? What is wrong with me? Why am I so weak? Why don’t I learn? These are the questions we beat ourselves about.
Would you be surprised if I tell you today, that this is human and that this is the most normal way to be? We cannot change simply by making up our mind to do so..there is something else at play as well… its called our cellular memories, our body instincts, our existing neuro pathways… and this is primarily why when you attend a good workshop or a motivational session or speech, you are all pumped up and positive immediately after that but that lasts only for short while and then you go back to your previous ways!
Aum is a concept devised to help you crack this vicious circle. hese are regular online or offline sessions that are conducted and everyday you are sent a short thought or para, followed by a questionnaire that you need to fill (only for yourselves – this is not shared with anyone) and a short 5-10 minutes meditation is attached with it. We have devised 30-60 day programs covering different aspects such as letting go, letting love flow, forgiveness, anger management, chakra balancing and cleansing, relationship release amongst others. You basically have to sign up for any of these programs and the material reaches you daily via WhatsApp or Email (whatever your preferred mode is). This is particularly useful for people who don’t have the time to attend full day workshops and courses, those who just want to sleep light everyday before retiring for the day, those who feel that life is a continuous journey and a daily dose of grounding and positivity only helps further.
