This is a shortened version of a full LifeLine Session. This is a GREAT way to explore what a LifeLine Session is and if it is what you are looking for. This leads you through the first 5 steps of The LifeLine Technique. You will create a new intention for your life using your Heart’s DESIRE and harmonize emotions that are causing obstacles in living that life!

The LifeLine Technique is a 16 step quantum level healing system that utilizes more than 14 different modalities including Muscle Reflex Testing (MRT), Acupuncture (without needles), Essential Oils, Color Therapy, The Chakras, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and The 5 Element Theory to name a few.

A 1:1 Kundalini Yoga session
For beginners or experienced yoga students.
Kundalini Yoga starts with mantra to tune into sacred space, pranayama (breathwork) a kriya (the yoga movements) a meditation usually with mantra chanting and followed by a deep relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga taught correctly is safe and positively transformational.
Excellent for anxiety, stress, mental wellness and spiritual growth.
