Hey! In my session, I will introduce you to the basic asanas in yoga and show that this is a very boring and useful exercise, because after it you will feel a surge of strength and vivacity! I'm waiting for you! :)
I will pull one single card for you to answer any question or concern. Typically, these types of quick readings are good for yes or no questions or simple answers. I will provide a photo and a quick paragraph of my interpretation for the reading.

We will look at short term goals previously set. Look at your Progress at what is working and what is not. We will look at why and identify obstacles and challenges as well as resistance you have towards achievement.
We will fine tune or readjust goals. And discuss how to over come that which has prevented your success and also discuss what you did right in achieving your set goals. Identifing your strengths and weakness and take a realistic look at your anticipate progress towards achievement of your long term goal implementing your next plan of action towards Success.
