EFT is a blend of energy, psychological healing–It’s one of the most powerful and fastest working techniques that I’ve known in my 20+ years of healing. One of the best aspects of this easy to learn technique is you can do it at home after the first session.
Energy healing is used to bring balance to our energy field. This helps with stress and anxiety among other things.

(What I ask of you)I will ask for a photo of yourself to help me to better connect with you during the healing. (How to prepare for your session)Note time of session. Be in a quiet and peaceful environment. You may be seated or lying down, and be open to accept the energy healing. If you fall asleep this is perfectly fine.
