I love the idea of taking inventory. It is so important to continue to audit what we are consuming.

BWRT® stands for Brain Working Recursive Therapy ®. BWRT® is the new kid on the block in terms of psychology and psychotherapy which easily fits in with the contemporary rationale on Neuroscience. BWRT® is created in 2011 by the UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, (MCGI). It is currently enjoying an enviable rise in popularity in the UK and worldwide due to a successful start and a rapid resolution of issues. It has been so successful that it is now employed as the main therapy in a South African mental health clinic and the ‘go to’ therapy for the South African Police Force.
\* BWRT is constructed on contemporary breakthroughs in neuroscience and how the brain receives and stores information\* BWRT’s unique concept is that you can keep private any secrets/information from the practitioner. Although, there will be a little information that will be required. It is important that you know ‘how’ you want to feel rather than how you feel at the moment\* As a practitioner of BWRT I have been fully trained and undergone a number of assessments appertaining to my skills. Moreover, therapists must be vetted, trained and approved – please visit https://www.bbrs.org.uk for further information.\* BWRT is not hypnosis and doesn’t use ‘trance’ states. Furthermore, it doesn’t use tapping, stroking, touching, gazing, ‘energy paths’ meridians or any other else that hasn’t been tested scientifically.

You are the active participant in shifting your life into a positive direction. It must move by your actions. We look at the core issue and then use a method Spiraling Out, to develop steps out of the system of negativity. Path Guidance Counseling is offered to produce change and movement for the future. Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy is an open ended process, where any issues that are brought into the therapeutic space are explored in depth, understood and are given new meanings.
It is informed by many theories including psychodynamic, humanistic, gestalt, existentialism, cbt, spiritual models and others.
Through talking and, also, creative expression– if relevant, such as drawing, role playing and visualization- person and therapist engage in a process of identifying patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that are not useful in the person’s life.
The therapeutic relationship gradually becomes an alliance, the safe space, where all conditioning and old formed patterns can be acknowledged and explored ‘in action’. Through non judgmental exploration and understanding of their roots, the person can release them and create new more fulfilling ways of being. In that respect, it is a soul creation creation process.
With sensitivity, respect and unconditional positive regard, the work is to illuminate, express, resolve, nurture and integrate parts of the person’s self that were hurt, ‘not seen’, neglected and not loved throughout their lives. In that sensitive process difficult feelings such as pain, fear, anger, anxiety, sadness and others, is learned to be allowed, felt, tolerated and accepted as important teachers and guides of one’s own internal world.
In that light, psychotherapy is both a **restorative **and a **creative **process, where issues from the past can be resolved by acquiring new meaning in the present. New knowledge about the person’s true, unique nature is discovered, nurtured and consciously integrated leading to the creation of a freer and more whole life.
