I'm here to help you cultivate a yoga practice that works for YOU and your life. A regular yoga practice offers so many incredible benefits from increased energy, less bodily pain, lower stress, and better sleep. It's my aim to help you develop a simple and clear routine of yogic practices that fit into your schedule. We'll work with postures, meditation and breathwork. No prior experience is needed, and you don't need to be flexible to enjoy the fruits of yoga!

At first, meditation can feel intimidating to approach. I'm here to make it simple by giving you a clear path to incorporating meditation into your daily life, and experiencing the numerous benefits.

After a brief consultation to choose the best aromatherapy blend, this relaxing, full-body massage will transport you to a no-worries land, making you feel lighter and totally relaxed. The pressure can be adjusted based on your preference and the blends are tailored for you on the day, I don’t work with pre-blended oils.
Hypnotherapy is the linchpin of the Holistic Counselling I practise to help you with anxiety, grief, PTSD and self-esteem issues. Strategic Psychotherapy, Eriksonian Hypnosis and other modalities are combined to create a counselling plan that effectively addresses the root cause of your issues.
While hypnotherapy is not a magic bullet, and the idea of a client being "zapped" into a healthier mental state is pure fiction, Clinical Hypnotherapy has been proven to significantly improve the efficacy of counselling interventions for a number of issues.
