What you will gain from a consultation with me:
Your life path number, your Sun and Moon signs, and their respective meanings - this is standard together with your requirements upon consultation. My Practice is based on creating “self-help solutions” to assist with our human experience on Planet Earth.
Your first consultation will be free of charge (needed to gather the relevant information), and I will also ensure that you get a monthly reflection for a period of three months, to guide you through this process.
I am prepared to do video conferences or record the information when necessary.

Two Hours Online Session
Counselling is a process of talking about and working through your personal problems with a counsellor. The counsellor helps you to address your problems in a positive way by helping you to clarify the issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness.
This session aim to help you feel centred again. Gain confidence and gain skills to live a life of joy, purpose and fulfilment. Why settle with just getting by?

Why not take a step forward today. Very soon you will be heading again to living the life you truly want and deserve. I use a combination of solution-focused clinical hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP),aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness based cognitive therapy andtraditional coaching strategies.
My approach is unique. Sessions often feel more like a stimulating and interactive workshop, without you being ‘on the spot’, feeling you have to talk non-stop. Our work together will be focussed, with a highly professional, yet flexible and calming approach to change.
