Together we will work to establish an awareness of these patterns. I will lead you through an exercise to help you overcome these habits and begin taking steps toward what you actually want.
The session takes 45-60 minutes depending on your pace.
Following on from the Past Life Regression, this session takes you into another past incarnation where upon transitioning from that lifetime you’ll enter into the spiritual realms. While in an extremely deep state of trance you’ll experience profound emotional healing, connection with your higher soul self, guides, ascended masters and other loving beings of light to help you answer any questions you may have about your life, mission or purpose.
Whatever you are personally experiencing due to the pandemic – or any personal challenge – whether you are anxious, have racing thoughts, are constantly irritable, have struggle sleeping or are extremely tired – these are normal bodily and mental reactions to a threat with an (invisible) enemy that is perceived as overwhelming.Our autonomic nervous system shifts into survival mode and goes into fight, flight and freeze mode.What happens in our body and brain under stress, how can we exit the stress cycle and get rid of inadequate and outdated coping mechanisms? How do we grow with new challenges instead of breaking?In the closed group, you will learn in 8 session the neurophysiological basics of stress and nervous system regulation. Self-regulation is the ability to manage internal states of arousal creating balance in the system, and helping create a sense of safety in the body.Various exercises and interventions support our nervous systems in a playful way to come back into a regulated and calmer state and become more resilient on the long run.
Content:- Neurophysiological foundations of resilience-Interventions for self-regulation for daily use-Topics: Core SE principals such as orientation, pendulation, titration; safety and working with boundaries; the vagus nerve, sound and movement exercises etc.- You will learn and practice about 10 interventions for self-regulation.

Every meeting will be a mixture of group and individual interventions and sharing.The training is based on the key findings of Somatic Experiencing (SE)® by Dr. Peter Levine, the Polyvagal-Theory by Dr. Stephen Porges, attachment theory and the resilience circle training ® by Gabriele Ella Amann.

The Akashic Records are the individual records of a soul from the time it leaves its point of origin until its return. At the time we make the decision to experience Life as an independent entity, there is a field of energy created to record every thought, word, emotion, and action generated by that experience. That field of energy is the Akashic Records; “Akashic” because it is composed of Akasha, (the energetic substance from which all life is formed), and Records, because its objective is to record all life experience.

Akashic Record Workshops
Irene offers workshops for Levels I, II, and III of the Akasha. She travels when a host can organize 4 or more people for a weekend workshop and provide her housing. She offers them regularly in her home county of Sonoma, CA.
Level 1:
Participants are given access and attunement to their own Akashic Records where they are trained and guided on how to effectively use the Records, so that they are able to receive all of its benefits.
Level 2:
Participants are given instruction and guidance on how to obtain access to others’ Akashic Records, so as to give or offer readings as a service to benefit others.
Level 3:
Experienced participants - who have completed Levels I and II - that feel called, ready and are given permission by the Akashic Records, learn how to gain access, reach the benefits and teach others the Akasha.
The purpose of the 1-to-1 Mindfulness consultation session is to discuss where mindfulness best fits into your current lifestyle, to create a structured mindfulness plan, and provide you with resources to help facilitate your ongoing meditation practice. These sessions will also provide you with a the space to have a 1-to-1 ‘check-in’ with the facilitator, to explore any obstacles that arise with creating this new habit, and to answer any questions.

To develop a meditation and mindfulness plan customized to your situation. Emily will provide you with tailored resources that you can use on your own time to you maintain your mindfulness practice.
Detailed Description:
Does your mind seem to have a mind of its own? Me too! The good news is we all have the ca-pacity to train the mind to be a bit more present and to also be a little bit kinder!
Mindfulness is not: • About clearing our minds or getting rid of all of our thoughts • Necessarily a relaxation exercise • A fix-all pill
Mindfulness is: • Taking a pause, slowing down, checking in with ourselves • Kindly returning our focus of attention to an anchor in the present moment such as the breath or body whenever the mind wanders (which it will!) • Noticing our whole experience just as it is in the present moment; practicing not grasping the pleasant and pushing away the unpleasant • A practice, which means it does take some practice!
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to support wellbeing by alleviating symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and insomnia (just to name a few)!
By intentionally cultivating present-moment awareness we are able to change how we relate to our experiences, transform habits, and actually alter brain structures associated with stress!
