This is were you get real help with your struggles and life challenges. As life gets harder to cope with, we tend to look for external ways to get through. And though many of those ways usually seem to turn out unhelpful or unrealistic, Integral Coaching Sessions are designed to help you move from that undesired state you’re stuck in to that dream-desired state that you’re aiming for, through simple, organized and effective methods!
My job is to guide you with tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After a few sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise.
I use mindfulness techniques to help you gain more awareness and be able to examine issues from different perspectives. Transpersonal coaching ultimately also helps you connect more deeply with yourself and others to achieve better relationships and self-love.
A deep dive into your health history to determine where your current health is and to set up a game plan for our future work together on diet and lifestyle changes. We will go over the extensive intake form required for my services, to make sure no stone is left out. (Insurance accepted if you reside in Washington State)
Hatha yoga classes in Spanish.
45 minute individual class to connect with your body and your breath and find out what you need at this moment. I prepare the practices according to the needs you have and your objectives. The practice will also be adapted to your body (for example, if you have pain in one shoulder, we will avoid postures that imply putting weight on it, or we will adapt the postures to allow us to work it from the care, not on demand).
If you want, you can start and finish with breathing exercises and meditation.
