Therapy starts with an intake session where we collaboratively explore and discuss the problem(s) or life circumstances you wish to focus on. A high emphasis is placed on building a supportive therapeutic relationship and open atmosphere for treatment. We will then formulate a treatment plan, outlining specific treatment strategies in order to support you in achieving your goals.
We will then work on the agreed treatment goals in subsequent sessions, using a range of psychological interventions in order to promote a reduction in symptoms and / or improved insight into underlying complaints. Moreover, we will regularly evaluate treatment to ensure treatment progress.

We always work holistically for any health or behavioral problem.
We do an online session and I get to know you. I need to know, how you live, what concerns you, what you eat, how you sleep, a fairly large questionnaire. After this is done, 1 working day later I send you a treatment that I plan based on your phycology. You order this Bach mix from a homeopathic pharmacy or online. If you are on medication, there is no problem with our treatment. Our treatment does not and is not affected by medication.
