Altered states of consciousness have been documents by Max Cade in 70s and 80s. Over 40+ years of well documented research from reputed academics have shown the positive benefit of meditation and altered states of consciousness.
Reaching these states can be a challenge but with Neurofeedback and Brainwave Training its possible to access these states in a more controlled and directed way.
Although a device is needed to accurately measure someone’s brainwave(s) we are still able to base a consultation on your Subjective Experience. I will provide advise on struggles you are having with reaching higher states.

Counseling sessions can be conducted fact-to-face and in-person. Some people prefer the "personal touch." These sessions usually begin after an intake session has been completed. Sessions last approximately 50-60 minutes and focus on your personal mental health or couple-based need. All sessions are private and confidential.

We’ll focus on achieving goals that are aligned with your values while prioritizing overall health, happiness, and well-being. We'll work on mindset shifts, identifying limiting beliefs, and implementing healthy coping mechanisms. In our sessions we will foster and nurture the relationship you have with yourself. I will help you confidently improve your relationships with significant others, friends, peers, coworkers, and family members. Together, we’ll create a life that feels great to you.
