What is cutting of cords? When a relationship or friendship ends or you have a traumatic experience, the cords may not be severed right away. Tarot card reading is a form of cartomancy whereby practitioners use tarot cards to gain insight into the past, present or future. The Rider–Waite tarot deck is a widely popular deck for tarot card reading. Based on the instructions of academic and mystic A. E. Waite and illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith, both members of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, the cards were originally published by the Rider Company in 1909. This deck is the gold standard and I have often been suprised at it's accuracy.
The Motherpeace Tarot is a deck of tarot cards inspired by the Goddess movement and second-wave feminism. Motherpeace was created by two women from Berkeley, California, Karen Vogel, and Vicki Noble, friends who had studied anthropology, women's studies and history. This deck, in my opinion, is very accurate for women.
