Child therapy, or counselling for kids, is an evidence-based approach to counselling, designed to help children and teens their challenges. These challenges include mental illnesses, traumatic events, the loss of family members, difficult feelings and behaviours, abuse, bullying etc.
The focus will be on you, your medical history and re-establish harmony in your body and mind. Many services can also help If you are looking to reach a higher state of health and eat right according to your genes and your emotions.

I use a combination of solution-focused clinical hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP),aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness based cognitive therapy andtraditional coaching strategies.
