Sports massage is suitable for all, not just athletes. People often think of massage as a nice way to occasionally pamper themselves, but regular massage provides a powerful tool to help you take care of your health and wellbeing. Clinically based musculoskeletal and neural techniques are used to provide a bespoke treatment targeting muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia and the pressure may vary from a light stroking or kneading to deep pressure. Regular massage can improve your quality of life and aid recovery from training. Kinesiology taping is also offered to support injury recovery.

We take time at the beginning to get to know one another so that we can understand how we can best work together to improve areas of your health and life. Working in areas of mindfulness, nutrition, digestive health, environmental health, exercise, nature therapy, and many other areas of natural and holistic living. I am your positive and unconditional support through it all, and accept you as you are while encouraging you to continue moving forward. I most often find myself guiding those that feel at the mercy of their health conditions which often can look like an autoimmune or gut disorder or other chronic health condition. I am your guide on the side while you begin to feel in the driver's seat of your life and health. I also encourage working with a qualified holistic practitioner if that is where you are in your journey, and enjoy working in conjunction with your practitioner to optimize their care. I also have helped others find holistic doctors in the past to better meet their needs, especially for those with complex situations. You are not in this alone, and true health takes a team. I am with you all of the way!
Sessions with me can be booked as individual sessions or as 3 or 6 month programs. I also like to provide flexibility, and offer 30 or 60 minute sessions, as well as bi-weekly and monthly sessions. Our work together is intended to fit your schedule and your needs at this current time. For alternative options not listed here, please contact me so we can figure out what works best for you. I work with all ages, however if I work with an adolescent under 18 I must receive written permission from a legal guardian or sponsor.

What does stretch therapy do?
