Shamanic Healing is done distantly or face to face.

In a shamanic i do a list of healings in one session. For me it is like looking at each piece of the puzzle to make sure all the piece are in line and ready to go back into place to make the person whole again. i do a video chat with the person and i get them to tell me what is happening and why they feel they need healing.then i get them to send me a pictue and i work on them for about a week

Spiritual Cleansing clears negative energy, energetic blockages, dark spirits and Spiritual disturbances that can be easily picked up from our daily lives. Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.

My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.

Your subconscious knows what to do and in what order. I know how to ask the questions and guide you in the process. And you get the fun of doing the work!
