I tend to deal mainly with the ‘what’ happened - and ‘what’ do you want and ‘what’ to do both now and in the future so you don’t make the same decisions / mistakes.- all is very dynamic with a lot of NLP brain training exercises and a bit of homework over the week (easy to do)
It takes once a week for about an hour at a time.
