At first, meditation can feel intimidating to approach. I'm here to make it simple by giving you a clear path to incorporating meditation into your daily life, and experiencing the numerous benefits.

In a guided meditation session, we will:

• Talk about how to approach meditation
• Actually do a guided meditation together!

Numerology is the study of your translating your name and birthday into numbers which can tell you information about your desires, strengths, personality, life path and more. Throughout this consultation I will calculate your number profile and work with you to understand current blocks and opportunities you can pursue that will align with your soul.

In this profile you will get the three major personality profile numbers, your life path, the energy for this year, and a couple extra numbers that you should definitely know as you go through life.

I can read Oracle and/or Tarot Cards for you to help you on your healing journey. I can also provide readings for any specific questions you may have in your life, career or relationships. Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.

My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
