Stop living up for other’s expectations!

Look at your life and think about

- What frustrates you right now?

- What do you feel right now regarding your life-condition?

- How do you feel about yourself?

- What do you want to change about yourself and why?

Most likely you are criticising yourself because of the so-called standards of the society, the expectations of others.

But that is only your part of the story, your imagination, your creation in your mind. Not even back it up from others, because they are might jealous or not enough confident to tell you the truth what they really think of you.

If you really think about your situation and look at the whole picture, you are living someone’s dream life. Someone out there would love to have the job you have, the children you have, the love you have, the body you have.

Stop making stories and see your values! You are amazing, you are unique, you are where you need to be. You are growing and expanding continually. Do not allow others to stop this process.

You made mistakes because you already started to get out of your comfort zone what is an amazing, great initiative. But you were not enough conscious yet, your third eye wasn’t activated, your belief system was still the old one, your habits just started to change.

The basic of the success is to start acting consciously and eliminate mistakes and failures by seeing the future intuitively and clear the blockages and old belief system. These will attract the right people into your life who will be your mentors and masters. Also, you will replace your negative habits with positive once by studying other successful people’s habits.

So, the 4 basic steps how to get to the state of your happiness:

Step 1. – start practicing Samadhi meditation, which will make the process faster and more achievable by clearing your chakras from blockages, activating the pineal gland and start producing necessary hormones for overall wellbeing

Step 2. – start clearing buried emotional traumas from your unconscious mind by source memory healing/karma healing. Even though you do not even know they are there, but they are the root of most of your issues right now. These will also help you healing ancestral karma from your DNA.

Step 3. – start to live consciously, mindfully by practising forgiveness, affirmations, and gratitude. These will reset your belief system and habits in your subconscious mind.

Step 4. – start reading the book of “1 HABIT for Entrepreneurial Success”.

I just became #1 best selling author by being the contributor to this phenomenal book.

People are continually living by other’s expectation although they do not even know what that is. Because it is a story in their head. There is not enough communication between parties to know the full information.

The truth is they want you to be happy! Nothing else matters. When they see you happy they will set you free. How to be More Conscious?

Where is our conscious mind?

Many people think that our mind is in our brain. It is in fact in our whole body. You have probably heard the phrase, ”Follow your gut”.

Our mind has three layers: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind and the unconscious mind. The conscious mind controls only 10% of our decisions. We use our conscious mind to create goals, make plans, analyse data, and take action. But what is stored in our subconscious mind significantly affects what action we take, what goals we set, and if we can achieve them. The subconscious mind holds our fears, self-image, habits, values, personal beliefs and also cultural beliefs. This belief system determines about 90% of our lives.

For example, you could have a fear of speaking in front of an audience in your subconscious and it is limiting you from success. Or having a negative self-image will also lower your self-esteem and limit your opportunities in meeting people. You could have negative habits which will not allow you to lose weight or eat healthily. We can overcome these habits and beliefs. First, we need to acknowledge them, be aware of them and accept them to be able to change them. We can change them by relearning new habits., Which means get rid of the old and find and practise new habits and adopt a new belief system which has proven, positive effects on us. What is meant by ’proven’? Many people agree that adopting new positive habits have a great effect, and even scientifically proven so you can adapt them for your wellbeing. If you meditate and connect to your higher self as well as pay attention to your body, you will naturally know what is good for you and what enables you to be more effective. By analysing yourself and the information in your environment, you already start to use your conscious mind more.

But there is a part of our mind which is hiding our darkest emotions such as guilt, shame, sorrow, grief and other emotional traumas. It is our unconscious mind. Until these emotional traumas and pains are released, we are going to attract these situations over and over again until they cause physical symptoms. This could include the first emotional traumas we experienced during childhood or even in our mother’s womb. Some people carry traumas from a past life and they do not understand why in this life they are having a relationship or career issue. For our mind to be able to release these traumas, it needs closure; the highest learning of the trauma so the client can rewrite his or her life. By going into Samadhi state during transcendental meditation, the brain reaches delta brainwaves which makes it possible to communicate with the unconscious mind and delete these negative emotions from our system.

When our subconscious and unconscious mind have been reset, we are ready to renew our life.

The best way to begin is to start reading mindfulness books, which can teach you how to practise affirmations and gratitude as well as boost your self-esteem with self-care and self-love. To ensure your conscious mind is used more often to make decisions, analyse the situations in your life, and listen to your body’s feelings instead of the chatter in your head. Do not let your environment make the choice for you, instead take responsibility for your actions. To be more conscious, use a different route to the same destination, learn new skills or new languages, try out new recipes, get out of your comfort zone where you need to use your creativity to adapt.

I would love to share with you some useful practices what you can do either in the Mornings or before sleep or after a meditation when your brain is more relaxed and your subconscious mind is in receiving mode.

1. Practising forgiveness: asking for forgiveness is very important to clear your energy field. You can include it in your prayer. And also to be able to forgive others so you can move forward from the situation. I know it is the most difficult part and mostly you can only fully forgive after releasing your traumas from the unconscious mind.

2. Practising gratitude: write down or think about 5 things you are grateful right now and say thank you for it to God or the Universe, then think about other 5 things what you would like to experience in your life but you are not there yet, just imagine you are having them already and say thank you for them too. So God or the Universe will make it happen in the physical life for you.

3. Practise affirmations what I have learned from my Karma Guru Sumant Kaul:

- I know I know I know that I am anxiety free and calm.

- I know I know I know that I am an awesome person and I treat others with kindness, respect and patience; the way I would like to be treated.

- I know I know I know I only attract to me people who will like me for who I am.

- I know I know I know I fully accept myself and know that I am worthy of great things in life.

- I know I know I know I approve of myself and love myself deeply and completely.

- I know I know I know I accept who I am and I have a strong level of self-esteem and confidence.

- I know I know I know that I breathe in relaxation, I breathe out stress

- I know I know I know all of my body systems are functioning perfectly

- I know I know I know my body is healing and I feel better and better every day.

- I know I know I know I am in full control of my emotions and thoughts.

How to Stay Healthy and Joyful in 6 Steps

We are all unique and spiritually gifted. We all have a special purpose on Earth. Only the everyday burdens keep us in a prison where we tend to limit ourselves. When we lose the connection with our higher self we just live from our ego which causing a lot of trouble including relationship issues, work-related problems. These all destroying our health. If we are not satisfied with our life we also hurt others with our behaviour and start to fight. If we are not fulfilled at work we start to make ourselves sick to be able to stay away, creating different illnesses.

The solutions are:

1. connect with your higher self

2. keep your chakras clean so the life energy can flow freely

3. find the things you are passionate about

4. change your life

5. love yourself

6. be an observer

1. The easiest way to connect with your higher self is through meditation. Meditation means different things to different people. Some people say they are in meditative state while they are jogging or painting or dancing. If you haven’t experienced it yet I would suggest to go for the traditional method and go for group meditation classes or have a private guided meditation or pick a meditation from Youtube, but be careful not to choose something special one just go for a relaxing one first. During the meditation, you might experience vibration, colours, warm or cold and calmness.

2. How to keep our chakras clean.

We have 7 chakras in our body and many more outside. But let’s focus on the ones which are inside. The most important chakras are the root chakra and the sacral chakra they are responsible for our relationships and abundance in life. So if they are blocked or any of the rest ones the life energy can’t flow through them and causing unhappy life in nearly all area. So how to keep them open and clean. The best option is to do clearing meditations or Reiki healing or using crystals etc. The meditation is the easiest option because you do not need too much experience for that, as a beginner you can request for guided meditation. For Reiki healing, you take the course which only a weekend or asks a Reiki healer for a cleaning session. With the crystals, you can place them on your chakras or you can ask a specialist for crystal healing.

Step 3. Find the things you are passionate about. How would you know you found it: - you would do it even for free - you can’t stop talking about it - you are looking for people who love the same things - you don’t even realise but you start to educate others about it and they seek your advice in this topic - you don’t mind what time is it you just can’t stop doing it until you drop dead

Next step: don’t underestimate what effect you can make in the world if you really take it seriously and live for it!!! This is what you came for to this Earth! So use it please to make a difference!

Step 4. Change your life! It doesn’t need to be overnight and can be only one thing at a day. If you do not change anything it won’t produce a different outcome. Just start a new habit: healthy eating, or sport, or add reading to your day, or start to meditate or evening walk. It has to be pleasurable nothing what you just do to have a better life but you also have to enjoy it. The daily pleasure brings positive vibes and attracts more positive things into your life.

Step 5. love yourself in any circumstances. Nobody is perfect but that how we complete each other. How you see yourself and show up that is how other people will see you too. Be confident and love yourself as you are. Then you can start to change things in your life to improve your health, your appearance and your circumstances. But always be grateful what you achieve step by step.

Step 6. Be an observer! When you observe someone that person change his way of being. By just observing someone you can change people’s behaviour. Even you add words to it that person can be a much different person. I give you an example: when you start to tell someone how great is he and how much you appreciate his work or his attitude in a certain situation he will be more confident next time and more bold to act which brings more success into his life….. and it goes on…… when you say to a woman how great she looks today and she is amazing person that person will start to feel that way more and more and act accordingly and find love and relationship easier. Please be there for each other and observe and support! You can change people and they can change the world! It already started but we need you too!

If you implement these steps into your life you will become that person you always wanted to be, real transformation will happen.
