Our Values guide our behaviours.Our Values inform the decisions we make and it influences what we invest our time in. Knowing what your highest Values are, gives you the advantage of never subordinating yourself to what others believe is imporant for you.
When we find oursleves feeling disengaged in our careers very often it is becuase our jobs no longer serve our highest values. As our circumstances change, things that were important to us ten years ago may not be as high on the priority list anymore.This gives us an opportuntity to re-evaluate what is important in our lives right now. We may find ourselves at a cross roads and needing to decide whether to go for that c-suite position or retire and do some travelling.
We all know how to set SMART Goals.There are many techniques available that will tell us how to set Goals, very few, if any of these, tell us how to go about Achieveing the GOALS we have set. How many New Years resolutions have you not kept. After these have been set and life returns to its rythmn of daily activity and deadlines and list you placed on the firdge door slowly gets replaced by other priorities,do you find that another year has gone buy,and another set of resolutions remain upmet?
This program will take you through a comprehensive process of mapping our exactly HOW to go about ensuring that you never leave anothe resolution or goal unmet ever again. We achieve goals by putting into place small habits that help us build momentum and hlep us navigate those inevitable life crises that happen.
The world of work is changing and many organsisations are now starting to focus on Transferable Skills.Many of us however, do not know what a transferable skills is. We all have transferable skills though, so being able to identify these skills and package these into a meaningfull suite of skills in your resume may be something you need.Learning the difference between a "soft skill" and a "tranferable skill " is becomeing more necessary now than ever before. Don't get caught not knowing your Transferable Skills.
What is my Purpose? Why am I Here? What can I do with my Life? Is this it,surely there must be more?
We have all had these questions pop into our brains at some point in our lives. These existential questions are not new or even particularly unique,and yet for each of us the answers are very different. Often times we step into this existential space when we have been triggered by an event in our lives. This event is often life changing and we find oursleves wondering whether our lives have meaning, and if there is more that we can do.
Some people know what their purpose is, and have known for all their lives. For others, this may take some time to discover. What we do know is that we all have a Purpose. This signature program will help you discover what your Purpose is.
Learn and practice meditation through private video conference classes (Zoom) of an hour and a half, with theoretical and practical content. Classes are totally personalized.
During the classes you will learn sitting meditation, walking meditation and essential Mindfulness practices —Zen tradition—.We will also work on the core and spiritual components of meditation as well as on the practical elements: How to sit, how to breath, how often you should practice and what can you feel or experience during your practice.
If you have not practiced meditation before, I recommend a minimum of 5 classes to obtain the necessary knowledge to keep practicing independently.

Self care is the art of intentional preservation and pruning of your individual health and well-being.If you will, imagine yourself as the artist on earths canvas what would you paint? How would you care for you spiritual mindbody?
In this program we will look at your self care. We will isolate where you spend your energy and time to measure what your purpose, unveil your mission, and your values. This program includes x4 one on one bi-weekly phone calls, text support in between those calls; mindset support, journaled progress assessments, cultivating self care practices, and guided relaxation.
This is for you if you need your self care fine tuned. This is for you if you are recovering from self doubt, feeling lost, you’re too patient, or you’re not where you want to be in your life. This is for you if you’re rehabbing from being a perfectionist, hard on yourself, addiction, or heartbreak. This is for you if you’re ready to surrender to your intuition and trust your spiritual mindbody to heal itself.
These scans are great for when you have something 'unidentifiable' going on. Maybe you feel stuck, unable to move forwards, or have a physical ailment or complaint that has left the doctors stumped (perhaps you've felt for awhile it's energetic?).
Together we will scan your energy field, focusing in on 1 or 2 major areas that arise. We then use a combination of Deep Coaching and Energy Medicine, to discover what's contributing to your particular issues or blocks.
Before our session, I will send you some questions to fill out and return, and I will do a preliminary field scan based on these. This informs and supports our session, but we will always follow your lead, as you are the one with the most information about your own body and field. I can See and Sense blocks and disruptions in your field, but I don't have the layered info to know what's causing them. Only You do! My job is to hold, guide, support you in discovering what's under the surface. And when you feel ready for release, I hold your hand.
These sessions are online, using zoom. We will always meet on video to say hi and check in, and after that, you have the option whether you want cameras on or off. I usually suggest off so you can lay down, get comfy, and focus on you. But sometimes clients feel it's more supportive with cameras on, so either is welcome!
After the session, I recommend some quiet time, and lots of water. And you may feel some subtle (or not so) shifts for a couple days. I'm always available for follow-up questions, and can offer ongoing support with coaching, healing, or a combo of both.
