We'll work on mindset shifts, identifying limiting beliefs, and implementing healthy coping mechanisms. In our sessions we will foster and nurture the relationship you have with yourself. I will help you confidently improve your relationships with significant others, friends, peers, coworkers, and family members. Together, we’ll create a life that feels great to you.
Reiki is a relaxation and stress reduction modality that promotes healing. It is a powerful yet safe, gentle, and non-invasive healing technique and carries no harmful side effects. Through the use of energy, it stimulates and promotes the body's own natural healing abilities. Reiki supports balance and harmony on all levels-physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. Using Reiki helps maintain health, ease anxieties, and helps heal illnesses and injuries. Distant reiki can be given virtually and has the same powerful beneficial effects on the body and mind.
Alyssa Kelliher is an Attorney and a Life Coach. In our sessions we will focus on taking steps that are aligned with your values and building boundaries with yourself and others. We will work through the discomfort of setting new patterns with yourself and others while exploring what boundaries leave you and your relationships feeling their best. You will learn how to foster genuine and authentic connections.
This service is meant as an opportunity for first time clients who are interested in coaching and want to learn more. Coaching helps get you from where you are to where you want to be. In our session we will create systems to implement changes you wish to make in your life while prioritizing overall health and wellness. We will identify and work through any blocks preventing you from reaching your goals. You will be provided with tools to work through life's ebbs and flows. Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
