What is meditation coaching?
Meditation is not "one size fits all." What works for one person may not work for you. As your meditation coach, Susan will help you to identify your desires and goals for your meditation practice. Identify your moments of spontaneous mediation in your life and work with what is working for you. You will receive guidance on styles, techniques, and guided meditations to practice that you look forward to, making you feel nourished and connected. Through meditation coaching, you will save time, energy, and money by avoiding meditation practices that are not for you.
Meditation reduces stress, anxiety, boosts focus and concentration, and improves overall well-being.
Meditation coaching is open to all levels, from a beginner to those with experience. We will bust common myths surrounding meditation, learn simple and easy meditation techniques, and build confidence in your ability to develop your meditation practice.

I am from Varanasi or Banaras – the spiritual capital of India.
At the early age of 8, I began practicing Yoga as a way of life under the guidance of my Guru.
Today, 18 years later, I have accumulated over 2000 hours of experiences in yoga.
For the past 5 years I have been teaching Yoga professionally.
I’m a hatha yoga teacher and in addition to asanas and mudras, I also focus on mantras and meditation.
In my classes, my goal is to inspire and help students to move forward in their inner journey through my passion. In addition to the physical practice, I also teach spiritual aspects of yoga so that there is an impact on the body as well as the mind.
My aim is for students to absorb my calm energy and leave the class with a peaceful feeling.
I have worked with both individuals and groups comprising of students of all ages in India & Sri Lanka.
I’m from Varanasi but my heart belongs to the whole world.

Initial consultation with Dr Shruti Seth entails a full in depth health history, examination, diganosis and treatment. Please highlight any areas of concern (e.g. Back pain, Migraine, etc). Post consultation, Dr will advice you on next course of action, she will recommend exercises and share home health tips.
