Current triggers stir up past wounds, history keeps you stuck in dysfunctional patterns, the challenges of parenting provoke anger, resentment, anxiety and overwhelm. Trying to find ways to navigate this unchartered terrain on your own, can feel lonely and depressing.
I will love, motivate, cheerlead and fight for you whilst teaching you how to do this for yourself during a 12-week, one-to-one coaching programme during which you will receive 7 hours one-to-one, face-time mentoring from me in addition to 24⁄7 online support as you heal your past and reclaim your full, magnificent, feminine self!
The purpose of the 1-to-1 Mindfulness consultation session is to discuss where mindfulness best fits into your current lifestyle, to create a structured mindfulness plan, and provide you with resources to help facilitate your ongoing meditation practice. These sessions will also provide you with a the space to have a 1-to-1 ‘check-in’ with the facilitator, to explore any obstacles that arise with creating this new habit, and to answer any questions.

To develop a meditation and mindfulness plan customized to your situation. Emily will provide you with tailored resources that you can use on your own time to you maintain your mindfulness practice.

Does your mind seem to have a mind of its own? Me too! The good news is we all have the ca-pacity to train the mind to be a bit more present and to also be a little bit kinder!
Mindfulness is not: • About clearing our minds or getting rid of all of our thoughts • Necessarily a relaxation exercise • A fix-all pill
Mindfulness is: • Taking a pause, slowing down, checking in with ourselves • Kindly returning our focus of attention to an anchor in the present moment such as the breath or body whenever the mind wanders (which it will!) • Noticing our whole experience just as it is in the present moment; practicing not grasping the pleasant and pushing away the unpleasant • A practice, which means it does take some practice!
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to support wellbeing by alleviating symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and insomnia (just to name a few)!
By intentionally cultivating present-moment awareness we are able to change how we relate to our experiences, transform habits, and actually alter brain structures associated with stress!
Two hours of hands on of energetic healing with the use of ancient qi gong as medicine; Bio-Energy Healing; Energetic Acupressure Points; Metamorphosis as energy medicine as well as healing hands practices, Donna Eden Methods, Barbara Brennan and Reiki. This is a FULL energy session that includes Amethyst Bio-Mat; energy center analysis, a creative visualization with crystal bowl sound bath and a soul retrieval. At the end of this session you will receive an energetic analysis of your auric field and suggestions on techniques to improve your emotional wellness. Divine wisdom through the session will ignite a longing for the essence within your soul to expand and mature.
This session will open your energetic field to address disturbances and bring an opportunity of growth to your core essence. This session is required for first time clients as it is an assessment for the energy field on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. The time needed is for a deep reading of the whole energetic system inclusive of the auric, meridian and energy systems. This is a spiritual advisory session as well, you will be given suggestions for healing your energetic field on your own for continued growth.
