Chakras circulate the life force energy throughout our bodies which in turn keeps us centered and balanced. If even one of the chakras is running at a low level of energy it can create problems with the natural flow of our other chakras. Reiki Masters can provide significant benefits to clients when applying Chakra balancing. By working on the Chakra areas, Reiki Masters can get the Universal Life Force Energy flowing again which causes the Chakra centers to start moving, removing slow or stuck energy.

Chakra balancing allows your Universal Life Force Energy to flow again which causes the Chakra centers to start moving, removing slow or stuck energy.
During a session you'll either want to sit straight up or lay down, whichever is more comfortable for you, close your eyes and relax. I may have you take a deep breath and let go of any tension spots I find.

Balancing your chakra’s is a good place to start. Our third eye chakra allows us to have clarity and clear thoughts, spiritual contemplation, and self-reflection. It also manages our discernment, higher wisdom, self-awareness, visualization, imagination, and creative dreaming. Clarity and a clear mind allows us to solve problems at a quicker and easier pace.
