Chakra is an ancient Sanskrit word that translates to “wheel,” and can be traced back to India. Chakras refer to the centers of energy and spiritual power in the body. There are thought to be seven chakras. Each chakra is located at a different part of the body and each has a different color.
Chakra meditation is made up of relaxation and meditation techniques focused on bringing balance and well-being to the chakras.
Yin yoga target the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. A Yin class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for up to 5 minutes or more, that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These are
especially rich in connective tissues.
Regarding to energy level, Yin yoga improves energy flow and enhances the flow of chi in the organs but the practice also offers huge mental and emotional benefits too, as we’ll find out..
Meditation
Meditation (Dhyana) comes after the Pranayama. Pranayama and Asana are considered as ‘External layer’ of practices while Dhyana, Dharana, and Samadhi are considered ‘Inward layer’ of training.
A central practice of the bhakti yoga is mantra meditation. There are two types of mantra meditation, Japa and Kirtan. Japa is private, meditation kirtan where God’s names are chanted softly on prayer beads called mala. The main purpose of the beads is to keep track of the number of mantras chanted. Bhakti yogis decide on a minimum number of mantras they want to chant each day. The focus while chanting is to hear the sound of the mantra. Japa turns the powerful benefits of kirtan into personal development. Kirtan is the singing of mantras with others.

On Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayak Chaturthi, it is easiest to access the energy of Ganesh.The term Ganesh comes from the Sanskrit words “gan” and “esh”. “Gan” means Group of people or the Ganas and “esh” means the supreme or Lord. Lord Ganesh is the supreme deity of man.
He is called Vighnharta — one who removes the obstacles. He is the master of letters and wisdom.
💫He is the guardian of the spiritual world and the first energy to grant access to higher dimensions, also known as the pratham pujya — at the start of any ritual or ceremony, Lord Ganesha is invoked. To help create a beautiful and positive spirit for the start.This indicates that Ganpati also has an energy that bestows spiritual as well as worldly boons. In yogic practices such as Sanatan Kriya, the first sadhna given to a sadhak (spiritual aspirant) is Ganpati sadhna and Ganpati jaap, which open the doorway to lokas beyond the bhuloka, the physical dimension in creation.
💫Ganesh Chaturthi is the day when the energy of Lord Ganesh is most easily accessible to human beings. So let’s all harness the energy of Ganesha by remembering him, doing worships,devotion,songs,yoga Kriyas, fasting and meditation to keep ourselves in the highest and purest energy states.
You can communicate to the universe with your vibration and imagination. The universe will not exist in your experience if you create a powerful imagination. In every molecule the energy is working and your conciousness is workng even thoisands of miles away from you ,your thoughts and imagination with a purpose can change you .
It has the power to Change your life .
If imagination is consciously developed, you can switch it off easily as well .
Even right now, Parts of imagination are happening unconsciously and it looks like it is impossible to stop it. The entire Ganesh Chaturthi festival is symbolic of this.

✨Hows the Puja done in india-
Ganesh Chaturthi is known as Ganeshotsav. Families install small clay statues for worship during the festival. The Murti is worshipped in the morning and evening with offerings of flowers, durva(strands of young grass), karanji and modaks (jaggery and coconut flakes wrapped in rice flour dumplings).
The worship ends with the singing of an aarti in honour of Ganesh, other Gods and Saints.This is done to invoke the energy of Ganesha into our spirits so He stays with us ,bestows the blessings and we stay united and in love during this time .Its a wonderful feeling altogether.

FORWARD FOLDED BUTTERFLY VARIATION /BOUND ANGLE/
BADDHAKONASANA UTTANASANA
Folded Butterfly pose stretches the lower back and groin, opens up the hips, releases tension in the neck and shoulders and quiets the mind. You may also hear the name Bound Angle pose.
This seated forward fold pose is Forward folded butterfly pose,comes under Restorative yoga more on yin side, done for 2-4 minutes,start with 30 seconds and slowly increase.
I have folded hands to a namaste and I am resting my head, you can also stretch your hands completely and come down on your heels.
Primary Muscle Groups: Glute Max, HipFlexors, Hamstring, Lower back.
Secondary Muscle Groups: Front, Shoulders, Upper Chest, Laterals , back, Rhomboids.
Set-Up
From a seated position, bring the soles of your feet together in the shape of a diamond and let your knees relax down towards the mat.
Action
Inhale, sit up tall. Exhale, fold forward and completely relax your upper body—arms, neck and head.
Duration
Stay in Folded Butterfly pose for 2-5 minutes, breathing in and out through your nose.
To Release
Take a deep breath in. Exhale, gently come back up. Bring your legs out in front of you and give them a shake.

To sum it up, the first chakra questions are around the idea of survival and safety. The root chakra is where we ground ourselves into the earth and anchor our energy into the manifest world. That’s where everything begins, roots and grows.

Function
The second chakras function is to govern the centre of feeling, emotion, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, and connections.
The energy of this chakra allows you to let go and also to feel change and transformation in your body. It allows you to experience this moment in its own fullness.The sacral chakra is also your centre of creativity and feelings.
Passion is the fuel of creative energy.
Everything you originates from the energy of second chakra. It is also where your fertility originates.
A person with an open Svadhisthana Chakra is passionate, present in her body, sensual, creative, and connected to her feeling.
The main challenge for the second chakra is the conditioning of our society.
We live in a society where feelings are not valued, where passion and emotions are degraded. We are being taught not to “loose control”.
We should not disconnect from ourselves and our bodies. We should be free and let ourselves loose, loose control and dance to your tunes and your body. Svadhisthana allows us to do that.

Hello My dear , yes you can but have to be careful to do only supported practices and specifically the ones that doesn’t require too much bending and pranayama and shavasana of course can be done ,I hope this helps my dear
